Monday, Isle of Wight




I am having a really great time here. Today we have been to the D-day museum in Portsmouth we looked at a tapestry there and saw what daily life would be like as a soldier during World War 2. We have all settled into our rooms and like them a lot.

  • Wow, sounds like you are all having a wonderful time. Hope the teachers are having fun too.
    Weather is improving, so I hope it will be good for the coastal walk tomorrow. Hope you get to see the needles-although I did not enjoy the chair lift.
    The house is very quiet without you George-all your cousins phoned on Monday and sang 'happy birthday'. Hope you enjoyed it.
    Miss you lots-you'll be back in time for football madness.
