first day

dear mum, dad and year 6 families

We arrived to Portsmouth at 12:00 and really excited. as we arrived we settled down to eat are lunch then we went to a museum called the D-day museum we got taught about world war 2 after that we met the couch driver again and he took us to the very long queue that had been delayed approxomatly 30 minuits, eventually we rode our coach on to the ferry and sailed off. after a long 45 minuits sitting in the ferry we set of to the hotel that we were sleeping in when we arrived to the chesnut hotel we had are dinner then un packed for the week, when we had finished un packing we had a room inspection from mrs mulvainy and miss pink. my dorm has jamie joe and me in it unfortunatly joe wasnt with us for the first day because he has been in egypt for 2 weeks so it is just jamie and i. in a while we will be going to the beach to play games and make sand sculptures.

    Hope you have a fantastic time in the Isle of Wight. Pleased to hear you arrived ok - thanks Harry. It is very quiet in our house tonight - wonder why that is! Martha - have you realised what you left behind? You left it on the kitchen island if that helps! Don't forget to go down the Robin Hill bobsleigh BEFORE Clara.
